What you will do

  • Execute the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) framework, including regulatory applicability assessments and impact analysis.
  • Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Technology stakeholders to coordinate the implementation of regulatory action plans.
  • Perform data-driven analysis to identify risk themes and gaps, contributing to senior management reporting.
  • Support the Compliance Risk Assessment (CRA) process, including control evaluation and documentation.
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint to communicate key insights.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and strategic compliance initiatives within a fast-paced global environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Compliance Risk Assessment, Issue Management, or Regulatory Change processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for analyzing large datasets and PowerPoint for executive-level messaging.
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working across levels and functions.
