What you will do

• Develop a global community, social, and influencer strategy for a new IP-based title.
• Build and lead a specialized team covering community management, social media, and influencers.
• Act as the primary spokesperson and foster meaningful connections between players and developers.
• Partner with the IP holder to ensure authentic brand representation and protection.
• Utilize analytics to track engagement and sentiment to inform future strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, LiveOps, Production, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in community, social media, and influencer management within the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of working with licensed IPs and F2P landscapes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret community metrics and drive data-led decisions.
• Experience developing engagement programs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.
