What you will do

• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex code according to Salesforce standards.
• Perform hands-on technical implementation and design for functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools such as MuleSoft and DemandTools.
• Manage technical aspects of the CRM application, including the social intranet (Hub) and custom integrations.
• Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews and advising on technical best practices.
• Analyze functional, security, and performance requirements to develop scalable Salesforce architecture.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of related professional experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce.com platform, including tools, features, and security requirements.
• Proficiency in web technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of ALM and CI processes using Git (branching, merging, deployments).
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

• Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer certification.
