What you will do

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  • Architect and build integrations between Salesforce and other internal or external systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize the platform using both programmatic development and point-and-click tools (Triggers, SOQL, Flows).
  • Implement and maintain DevOps processes, including CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
  • Perform system upgrades and optimize platform performance and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.
  • Proficiency with SOAP and REST web services.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration best practices.
  • Must be based in Medellin, Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (JavaScript Developer I, CPQ, Sales, Service, or Platform Developer I).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools.
