What you will do

• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts factoring in production capacity, COGS, and inventory.
• Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning processes to align forecasts with business objectives and market demand.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of revenue performance, product cost structures, and manufacturing efficiency to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze product margins, including direct/indirect costs and the impact of product mix on profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to align revenue projections with manufacturing capabilities.
• Recommend and implement best practices for integrating financial planning with manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue forecasting, or FP&A, preferably in manufacturing environments.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with ERP systems and forecasting software (e.g., Infor, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures (direct/indirect, fixed/variable costs) and inventory management.
• Must be based in the US (excluding California).

Nice to have

• MBA or relevant certification such as CFA or CPA.
