What you will do

• Own and evolve business performance reporting for VIP and Commercial strategies to ensure automation and reliability.
• Identify trends and deliver comprehensive insights to inform customer experience and investment decisions.
• Collaborate with Commercial leadership, Finance, and Data Engineering to align on business performance levers.
• Lead mid-size cross-functional projects end-to-end to improve operational and technical quality.
• Clearly articulate performance drivers to stakeholders to guide internal decision-making and prioritization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, commercial strategy, or customer intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and analytics tools such as Databricks, Tableau, and Codex.
• Strong financial acumen and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations and present insights effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
