What you will do

• Coordinate shift priorities and task allocation to manage queues and SLAs effectively.
• Manage escalations regarding payments, risk, KYC, and chargebacks, providing guidance for resolution.
• Analyze payment data and transaction patterns to identify potentially fraudulent activities.
• Conduct thorough investigations of suspected fraud and present findings to senior management.
• Collaborate with payment processors and financial institutions to enhance payment security.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention training programs for employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, or payments security.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
• Strong understanding of payment processing systems, transaction lifecycles, and relevant regulations.
• Experience in the gaming or casino industry is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is preferred.
• Must be based in Colombia.
