What you will do

• Own the product validation strategy for core and application projects, determining reusable vs customer-specific validation.
• Define system-test processes encompassing simulation-based validation, HIL, and vehicle tests.
• Translate product goals and customer requirements into validation plans and acceptance criteria.
• Provide technical leadership for the execution of validation activities across various platforms.
• Develop OEM-facing artifacts, including requirements-to-evidence traceability and ASPICE-relevant evidence.
• Manage the product-validation backlog and provide release-readiness recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience owning or managing product validation for ADAS or automated driving/parking products.
• Hands-on experience leading V&V for software-centric automotive projects using SIL, HIL, and VIL.
• Strong proficiency in simulation-based V&V and system-level integration.
• Background in automotive product development, including V-model delivery and release governance.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization and communicate effectively with OEM stakeholders.
• Must be based in the EU or working remotely from within the EU region.

Nice to have

• Experience with L2+ hands-off, L3, or L4 automated driving systems.
• Exposure to ASPICE, ISO 26262, SOTIF, NCAP, or GSR.
• Experience with AI/ML-based driving systems and data-driven validation loops.
• Proficiency in data analytics for V&V results and usage of JAMA or JIRA.
