What you will do
- Build and lead a company-wide quality management system to reduce production bugs by 50%.
- Collaborate with Engineering Directors to implement effective automated testing processes including unit, API, and end-to-end tests.
- Define quality metrics and testing strategies to guide test planning and process efficiency.
- Integrate testing into the development lifecycle and foster a culture of quality among developers.
- Continuously implement and innovate AI-based QA approaches.
- Lead, mentor, and scale the QA team to meet high-performance standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in QA with at least 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 5+ people.
- 5+ years of practical experience in test automation using REST API and UI testing with high-level programming languages (C# preferred).
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, standards, and test design techniques.
- Proficiency with Selenium Webdriver, Git, and Allure.
- Must be based in Europe to align with the team's operational hubs.
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a proven ability to make decisions and deliver results.

- Experience in hiring and team development.
- Knowledge of Docker and DevOps practices.
- Practical experience in integrating automated testing processes from scratch.
