What you will do

• Deliver flight simulator and ground school training in alignment with regulatory requirements and hirify.global curriculum.
• Conduct professional and comprehensive pre- and post-flight simulator briefings.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for client training and internal course development.
• Perform administrative duties, including completing training records and maintaining instructional qualifications.
• Provide instruction across aircraft types for licenses, type ratings, and internal certifications.
• Qualify as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman after approximately 1.5 years.

Requirements

• Unrestricted ATP certificate or completion of ATP Written.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet-based programs.
• Participation in hirify.global’s DOT Drug & Alcohol testing program.
• Experience flying business aircraft highly desired.
• Unrestricted PIC Type Rating and 3,000+ total flight hours preferred.

• Prior instructional or training experience.
• Ability to tailor training content to a diverse customer base.
• Strong attention to detail with commitment to accurate recordkeeping per FAA standards.
