What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners across the Nordics, including HR advisory firms, consultancies, and system integrators.
• Define and execute a focused partner acquisition strategy based on ICP and market opportunity.
• Activate partners and drive early success within the first 90 days.
• Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with strategic partners.
• Enable partners to position and co-sell hirify.global effectively.
• Manage and prioritize a portfolio of strategic partners, establishing structured engagement cadences to maintain pipeline momentum.

Requirements

• Solid Partner Management experience in a high growth SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in the Nordic region, fluent in a Nordic language (C1+).
• Experience managing partner leads throughout the entire deal cycle and owning a pipe gen or revenue target.
• Ability to efficiently identify best-fit partners based on rigorous analysis.
• Proven ability to develop effective partner engagement strategies.
• Comfortable with building a partner book of business from scratch.

Nice to have

• Direct sales experience is a plus.
• Experience in HR tech related industry is a huge plus.
