What you will do
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer AR balances, including payment and credit applications.
- Process daily ACH payments and check deposits, reconciling entries and identifying variances.
- Post payments and update daily bank reporting spreadsheets.
- Communicate with customers to obtain payment remittances and follow up on failed payments.
- Manage Zendesk and email queues to respond to customer inquiries regarding banking information.
- Review AR aging reports and investigate unapplied credits and outstanding balances.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cash applications or accounts receivable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Location: Must be based in Ukraine.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment.
- Familiarity with Intacct, Stripe, Paya, Braintree, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
