What you will do
- Lead the execution of complex programmatic campaigns across multiple platforms for clients in FMCG, retail, pharma, and other industries.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad serving or performance issues to ensure campaign stability.
- Analyze KPIs and deliver detailed reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows and achieve campaign goals.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their programmatic expertise.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency.
- Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon Ads.
- Must be based in Europe.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills for pattern recognition and data-backed problem solving.
- Experience in mentoring or guiding other team members.
