What you will do

• Identify, engage, and onboard asset managers, tokenization platforms, and fund managers to the Monad ecosystem.
• Manage the full issuer pipeline from initial sourcing through to live on-chain issuance.
• Coordinate with DeFi protocols and risk curators to integrate tokenized assets into lending and yield primitives.
• Develop strategies for asset class prioritization and maintain a competitive analysis of the tokenization landscape.
• Establish and manage relationships with traditional financial institutions to drive long-term TradFi issuance.
• Collaborate with BD and ecosystem teams to ensure assets reach end-users via CEXs, fintechs, and retail platforms.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in RWA, tokenization, asset management, institutional digital assets, or DeFi BD.
• Deep familiarity with on-chain tokenization processes, including the roles of risk curators and lending protocols.
• Proven experience managing complex multi-party workflows across issuers and distribution partners.
• Ability to communicate effectively across both TradFi and crypto-native professional languages.
• Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement.
