What you will do

• Drive bookings for midway check-ins and closing calls across various program levels to maximize backend revenue.
• Recover missed opportunities by immediately rebooking no-shows and reschedules.
• Increase member attendance for webinars, workshops, and market updates.
• Support mentors by coordinating member hand-offs to Member Strategy Directors.
• Maintain CRM hygiene through diligent call logging, deal stage updates, and note capture.
• Provide daily activity tracking and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in lead qualification or high-ticket sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex DeFi products and convey their value to clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
