What you will do

• Administer and oversee ServiceNow instances across development, test, and production environments.
• Establish configuration standards, governance guardrails, best practices, and platform sustainability practices.
• Manage upgrades, patches, version updates, performance, health, security, and user access controls.
• Configure and optimize ServiceNow capabilities including AI, ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, EC/Portals, workflows, flows, catalog, ITOM, and PA.
• Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations, middleware configurations, CMDB structures, data imports, exports, and synchronization.
• Collaborate with architects, technical leads, users, and support teams; troubleshoot issues and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Advanced configuration capability with workflows, Business Rules, and Flow Designer.
• Experience developing or maintaining integrations and working with APIs.
• Solid understanding of CMDB and CSDM.
• Proven ability to operate independently in a senior capacity and with minimal oversight.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Delivery-focused, pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable working as a senior administrator in a small team.
• Ability to balance delivery speed and long-term sustainability, avoid over-engineering, and take ownership of platform health and user satisfaction.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Advanced Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Data Foundations Certification.
• ITIL 4 or 5 Foundation certification.
