What you will do

• Administer ServiceNow instances across Dev, Test, Prod environments, enforce standards, manage upgrades, monitor performance, health, security, and access.
• Configure core capabilities like AI, ITSM, CSM, Now Assist, workflows, catalog, ITOM, PA; implement scalable components using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Develop integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, manage CMDB data integrity, oversee imports/exports/synchronizations.
• Engage stakeholders, provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively improve platform efficiency, stay current with updates and certifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on ServiceNow administration experience across multiple modules.
• Advanced configuration in workflows, Business Rules, Flow Designer; integrations and APIs.
• Solid CMDB and CSDM understanding; ability to operate independently in senior capacity.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator – mandatory.
• Delivery-focused, pragmatic, avoids over-engineering, understands trade-offs.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Advanced Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Data Foundations Certification.
• ITIL 4/5 Foundation.
