What you will do

• Undergo a comprehensive training program to qualify for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role.
• Provide route coverage for ASMs during absences, sickness, or for special projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers in various off-premise store formats to increase sales.
• Execute in-store strategies based on Winning vs Competition (WVC) and Perfect Store Audit (PSA) metrics.
• Ensure proper product rotation and brand flow according to hirify.global executional standards.
• Manage daily preparations, including insights, displays, and Point of Sale materials.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and advertising displays.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• English proficiency.
