What you will do

• Own and drive end-to-end UX research projects across multiple products and user segments.
• Design and execute mixed-method research (qualitative and quantitative) to uncover user needs and pain points.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations for product, design, and business teams.
• Collaborate with PMs, Designers, Analytics, and ML teams to shape and validate product hypotheses.
• Integrate research into the full development lifecycle, from discovery to post-release evaluation.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and engagement through user insights.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in UX or product research.
• Expertise in mixed-method research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, JTBD, behavioral analysis).
• Ability to design and execute studies from problem framing to synthesis.
• Solid understanding of quantitative research, product data interpretation, and A/B testing.
• Experience with large-scale B2C products and complex user journeys.
• Proficiency with tools like Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Amplitude, GA, or Mixpanel.

Nice to have

• Basic SQL and data querying skills.
• Experience with segmentation, cohort analysis, and behavioral clustering.
• Familiarity with growth frameworks and funnel optimization.
• Experience in social, dating, or entertainment products.
