What you will do

• Support identification, maintenance, and management of risks and mitigating controls in hirify.global Asset Management COO RCSA.
• Assist in testing key controls and other assurance reviews to ensure robust risk mitigation.
• Contribute to annual AAF 01/20 internal controls report with external auditors.
• Monitor risk and control environment using MI, KRIs, RAS, and metrics, ensuring timely issue closure.
• Proactively identify and manage emerging risks through trend analysis, project impact reviews, and thematic deep dives.
• Coordinate risk events, collaborate on issues and actions, and manage them in systems like MetricStream.
• Produce papers and MI for key management meetings and committees, providing risk training and guidance.

Requirements

• Located in London for full-time onsite work.
• Excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to learn key concepts quickly.
• Reporting skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI for executive audiences.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure from stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking, collaborative, driven mindset with open communication.
• Strong planning, organizing, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services/asset management, especially first/second line risk, control, or operational roles.
• Relevant qualification or experience in asset management.
• Knowledge of operational risk systems like MetricStream.
