Salary: $91,455.87 - $102,745.00

What you will do

• Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with government agencies, school districts, healthcare providers, and community-based organizations.
• Develop and implement standardized referral systems and statewide resource maps to identify and close service gaps.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across 11 Regional Network Hubs to ensure system efficiency and reduce duplication.
• Lead culturally and linguistically appropriate community engagement and outreach strategies.
• Provide technical assistance and training to Family Support Specialists on partnership and collaboration strategies.
• Analyze partnership networks and use data to identify opportunities for improved coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Social Work, International Development, Community Development, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in partnership development, coalition building, or community engagement.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-sector partnerships including government, healthcare, and education.
• Experience working with immigrant, refugee, or vulnerable populations.
• Proven experience supporting multi-partner or multi-site initiatives at a regional or statewide level.
• Must be based in San Diego, CA to support the hybrid work environment.
