What you will do

• Provide analytical support for the design of compensation programs.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project the cost of compensation policies.
• Coordinate annual market benchmarking cycles and analyze market trends.
• Partner with cross-functional HCM teams to advise on compensation matters.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting.
• Monitor and report on hiring and attrition metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Comfortable working with large sets of data and presenting results.
• Strong Excel skills (macros, vlookups, and pivot tables).
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
