Risk Divisional Governance Associate (Finance)

What you will do

• Drive the development of department-wide programs to support the operational risk management framework and governance uplift.
• Execute key risk management programs including Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Issue Management, Business Continuity, and Regulatory Traceability.
• Design and report on governance and monitoring frameworks using templates, standards, and key risk/control indicators for senior management.
• Coordinate the division's key governing documents and policy stacks.
• Contribute to various transformation projects and high-level presentations across the division.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
• Experience in non-financial risk disciplines such as operational risk management, enterprise risk, compliance, or audit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for interacting with senior management.
• Ability to execute multiple critical division-wide initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to navigate large data sets and perform analysis.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX, United States.
