What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test automation including E2E, unit, and performance tests.
• Build and maintain test infrastructure, including CI/CD pipeline integrations and local development scripts.
• Collaborate with software engineers to identify defects, improve test coverage, and write maintainable code.
• Refine feature requirements with product teams and advocate for user experience throughout the SDLC.
• Create and maintain testing documentation and support team onboarding.
• Contribute to the codebase by fixing defects as part of the Open Code Policy.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H-1B or similar visa support).
• 3+ years of experience with relevant programming languages (Elixir, Rust, JavaScript, TypeScript, or PowerShell preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with web testing tools and E2E frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or WebDriver IO.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern testing paradigms.
• Ability to work independently in an ambiguous environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with greenfield projects or SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with load, performance, security, or accessibility testing.
• Experience with on-premises IT infrastructure products.
• Background in mentoring junior engineers.
