Product Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Recommendation Products from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate executive business goals into an actionable product strategy and prioritized roadmap.
• Proactively propose product evolutions based on data and user behavior insights.
• Define and track success metrics to measure business impact and outcomes.
• Align key stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure timely delivery and maximum impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce, Discovery, or Recommendation Systems.
• Must be based in Porto or Lisbon, Portugal.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive product concepts without heavy reliance on engineering.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience defining effectiveness metrics.
• Technical background or experience collaborating closely with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
