What you will do
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI use cases and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to transform existing business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
- Define and manage acceptance testing, non-regression protocols, and quality assurance processes.
- Produce professional documentation, presentations, and user guides to support adoption and change management.
- Coordinate and monitor AI project implementations with local and central stakeholders.
- Track performance of deployed AI solutions and feed insights back into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, product management, or business analysis.
- Direct exposure to AI or technology-driven projects.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, tools, and workflows.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product backlogs, and sprint-based delivery.
- Fluency in English.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Porto, Portugal.
