What you will do

• Define and execute product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Translate strategy into actionable requirements and collaborate with engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams.
• Engage directly with customers to understand challenges and validate solutions.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and harmonized data models to enhance workflows.
• Drive product launches, adoption, and success metrics with marketing and sales.
• Serve as voice of the customer and expert on third-party risk management, analyzing competitive trends.

Requirements

• Experience building AI-powered or ML-informed product capabilities.
• Familiarity with recommendation systems, automation workflows, or agentic patterns.
• Experience designing products that surface insights and guide action beyond dashboards.
• Background in GRC, Vendor Risk Management, Third-Party Risk, or analytics-driven enterprise platforms.
