What you will do

• Create communication workflows and execute strategic plans to meet established deadlines and objectives.
• Write and edit content for websites, e-newsletters, social media, and other communication channels.
• Produce interview profiles, executive letters, and instructional materials with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain and update internal web pages.
• Ensure all communications align with brand identity and style standards.
• Coordinate strategic messaging between Student Health, hirify.global, and the Keck School of Medicine.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, journalism, English, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare, higher education, or public health.
• Strong ability to adapt writing for various health literacy levels and audiences.
• Familiarity with social media tracking, metrics, and content management tools.
• Outstanding writing skills with the ability to work on strict deadlines.
• Must obtain a Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) card within 30 days of hire.
