What you will do

• Proactively advise customers on Arista products across DC, campus, routing, AI to drive expansion and upsell opportunities.
• Provide technical assistance for proofs of concept, operational health checks, compliance, and automation assessments.
• Assist in deploying CloudVision, APIs, automation workflows for monitoring, telemetry, and provisioning.
• Deliver strategic workshops on automation, CI/CD, CloudVision; produce documentation like runbooks, blueprints, roadmaps.
• Act as primary contact for operations, support QBRs, escalate issues, and coordinate with SEs and PS teams.
• Evangelize professional services and match customer needs to deliverables.

Requirements

• Active Developed Vetting (DV) clearance
• 10+ years in customer-facing technical roles (network consulting, customer success, solution architecture)
• Expertise in L2/L3 networking, routing (OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN), automation (EOS, CloudVision, Ansible, Terraform, Python)
• Strong consultative skills, business acumen linking tech to revenue
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management
• Arista ACE certification (or obtain within 90 days)
