What you will do

• Administer formal insolvency appointments, restructuring engagements, and board of director appointments.
• Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from clients, directors, and creditors.
• Conduct research to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare reports, schedules, and correspondence for courts, regulators, and other interested parties.
• Perform basic financial analysis, data entry, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain case files, statutory records, and detailed engagement documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• 2+ years of post-graduate experience, preferably within an international accounting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and professional communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

Nice to have

• Experience with insolvency or restructuring assignments in the financial sector.
• Prior experience working in the Cayman Islands or another offshore jurisdiction.
