TL;DR

Technical Support Specialist I (French): Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for English and French-speaking customers with an accent on multi-channel communication and product education. Focus on resolving basic technical issues, documenting interactions, and improving the overall customer experience.

Location: Must be eligible to work in the country where the job is advertised (RTW required)

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to English and French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical product issues to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Educate customers on features and services to maximize product utility.
  • Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain a seamless support history.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Acquire Level 1 Technical Support Certification and grow technical expertise.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluency in French is required.
  • Strong communication skills, with confidence across phone and email channels.
  • Proficiency with internet browsers, email platforms, and multitasking across multiple systems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions for customers.
  • Right to Work (RTW) in the country of advertisement.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian or Spanish language skills.
