What you will do

- Maintain internal documentation and enrich the company help center.
- Manage large user data sets and support implementation activities to increase solution adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or related roles.
- Strong interest in technology with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
- Systematic approach to work with a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
- Exceptionally strong written and oral English communication skills.
