What you will do
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat interactions to provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist clients in utilizing Online Booking Tools to achieve self-service.
- Manage after-sales tasks, including adding ancillaries, handling changes, and processing cancellations.
- Meet and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for query resolution and support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of customer issues.
