QC Inspector II

What you will do

• Perform in-process and final inspections of products using engineering drawings, visual checks, and testing to verify conformance to specifications
• Conduct label inspections for products and boxes
• Maintain and review batch records for quality testing information and product lot release
• Develop inspection procedures and train other employees
• Apply cGMP and ISO standards while supporting continuous improvement and waste elimination
• Read blueprints, use measuring tools like calipers and gauges, and keep work areas clean

Requirements

• Must work onsite in Smithfield, RI, US; ability to stand for prolonged periods, work with hands, lift up to 50 pounds, and wear cleanroom attire (gown, mask, hair net)
• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality control inspections and 2 years reviewing mechanical/electrical drawings
• Strong attention to detail, team collaboration, communication, and analytical skills
• Familiarity with rulers and calipers; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
