What you will do

• Lead 3 DevOps squads to deliver standardized global network platforms for connectivity, hosting, and scaling services.
• Shape product vision, translate strategic architecture into prioritized roadmaps, and guide delivery choices.
• Drive simplification by reducing legacy technologies and technical debt in complex network landscapes.
• Ensure operational resilience through availability prioritization, lifecycle management, and structural improvements.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, align architects, engineers, and vendors on standardization initiatives.
• Balance change initiatives with stability in mission-critical 24/7 environments.

Requirements

• Academic level with at least 5 years as Product Owner in infrastructure or networking
• Minimum 5 years in complex datacenter, network, or cloud environments
• At least 3 years managing multiple agile teams and cross-team dependencies
• Proven experience balancing change and stability in 24/7 environments using agile tools
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and senior business levels
• Pragmatic, analytical, and communicative working style
