We build voice and conversational AI agents that enterprise clients — banks, telecoms, retailers — actually run in production. Not demos. Real deployments, including on-premise.
We're looking for a TPM who can own projects end-to-end: from scoping to technical handover, with full accountability for what ships.
This role is for you if:
— You started as an engineer or have a technical degree, and you still use that muscle
— You've managed projects where AI/ML was the core of the product, not just a feature
— You've been the primary technical contact for enterprise clients and know what that pressure feels like
— You're comfortable diagnosing what's broken before asking the team to fix it
— You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait for a playbook
Not a fit if:
— Your PM experience is mostly internal stakeholder coordination
— "AI experience" means managing a team that used AI tools
— You need a structured environment to operate well
Stack / domain: LLMs, voice AI, ASR/TTS, on-premise enterprise deployments
Timezone: US hours overlap required
Format: Full-time, remote
