What you will do

• Own full lifecycle of cross-functional AI initiatives from opportunity framing to production rollout, adoption, and impact measurement
• Analyze and redesign business processes using AI agents for automation in areas like recruitment, finance, IT workflows
• Translate business needs into actionable AI projects with scope, metrics, timelines; partner with IT AI Center of Excellence and stakeholders
• Drive outcomes under ambiguity, manage risks, dependencies, and executive-level stakeholder alignment
• Define and report measurable impact like hours saved, cycle-time reduction, ROI

Requirements

• Full professional fluency in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or related
• 5+ years as technical project/product manager with business analysis, including 1+ year hands-on AI projects
• Familiarity with Anthropic Claude, Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent platforms
• Understanding of AI agents, automation, process redesign
• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation or automation projects
