What you will do

  • Optimize key customer service KPIs, reporting, and controlling structures for data-driven decisions
  • Evaluate and improve CS controlling processes, develop business cases for optimization
  • Prepare volume/cost forecasts, plan and adjust budgets
  • Analyze operational drivers, derive measures to boost efficiency and customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal/external partners as a business partner
  • Manage invoicing/billing with service providers
  • Configure, administer, and develop CRM systems, automations, and user access

Requirements

  • Business-fluent German and English skills
  • Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
  • Experience in controlling, ideally in customer service
  • Strong affinity for numbers, KPIs, and data-driven work
  • Confident Excel use (formulas)
  • Strong analytical skills, logical/structured thinking
  • Hands-on mentality, initiative, self-motivation, independent work
  • Enthusiasm for tools, systems, digital processes; willingness to learn new tech
