What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day activities of implementation project and revenue professionals.
  • Guide internal departments to identify revenue opportunities and provide project scope before customer contracts.
  • Drive improvements in implementation and revenue management processes for efficiency.
  • Handle project planning, estimating, controlling, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop operational plans for new products/services and provide guidance to implementation personnel on customer issues.
  • Work with billing, finance, and accounting to accelerate revenue recognition and identify gaps.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
  • PMP certification preferred; Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred.
  • Understanding of Telecommunication industry products/services (Number Portability, Location Services, Networking, SS7, GSM, IS41).
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management principles and tools (Niku Open Workbench, MS Project).
  • Team management, budget planning experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
