What you will do

• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
• Prepare functional and non-functional requirements specifications
• Design and document logical flows for business process automation
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD) and related project documentation
• Participate in validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions
• Work closely with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Support automation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• English: intermediate or higher
• 4+ years as Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in software development projects
• University degree with mathematical background or postgraduate in Systems Analysis
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis
• Knowledge of Essential Analysis and/or Object-Oriented Analysis & Design
• Experience with RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere and SAP Build Process Automation
• Experience preparing functional and non-functional requirements documentation
• Ability to model and document business processes for automation
• Experience in Scrum environments
• Good communication skills for collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification
• Experience with BPMN process modeling
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Experience in energy, finance, or industrial sectors
• Understanding of RPA delivery lifecycle and best practices
