What you will do

• Set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and review designs for ML projects.
• Mentor 2-5 junior/mid-level ML engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster team growth through workshops and documentation.
• Contribute hands-on code to critical components, build proof-of-concepts, and develop reusable ML frameworks.
• Champion best practices, address technical debt, and evaluate new technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize ML models and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Deep ML expertise including production-grade systems, scalable architectures, MLOps, and LLM-based applications with RAG.
• Proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn; advanced AWS experience; data pipelines and distributed systems design.
• Exemplary coding standards, testing practices, Git workflows, CI/CD for ML pipelines, and documentation.
