What you will do
- Own CRO process: identify friction points, run A/B tests, optimize HubSpot CMS, and monitor site performance with Product & Engineering support.
- Lead global SEO: track keywords, implement technical SEO, develop content strategies, and optimize for GEO and LLMs across markets.
- Act as Product Owner for interactive web tools: define opportunities, create briefs, partner with teams for delivery, and monitor post-launch performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards for website performance, SEO health, and KPIs using HubSpot and Looker Studio.
- Establish web governance, sync with Sales on lead quality, manage lead flow with Salesforce integration, and coordinate GTM for product releases.
Requirements
- C1 English level; additional languages a plus
- 5β7 years in B2B SaaS Growth or SEO managing high-traffic sites (100k+ monthly sessions, multi-market).
- Advanced HubSpot CMS mastery (HubDB, page architecture, HTML/CSS).
- Technical SEO expertise (Semrush, Google Search Console), CRO (A/B testing, Hotjar/Clarity), and data storytelling (Looker Studio).
- Proven project management for global web roadmaps and stakeholder coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience with generative engine optimization (GEO) and B2B buyer journey mapping.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration and lead scoring.
