What you will do

  • Act as a primary technical expert for hirify.global AI's API and product offerings.
  • Provide in-depth troubleshooting assistance and educational guidance for strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Enterprise, Mobile, and API teams to resolve complex technical issues and coordinate resources.
  • Translate customer pain points into scalable solutions, working with Engineering and GTM teams to implement automations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leaders and operators to ensure application success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on application development, tooling, and automation.
  • Excellent proficiency in Python or NodeJS and experience developing scalable applications.
  • Solid knowledge of a Cloud Service Provider platform, such as AWS.
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Agentic Coding tools like Claude Code or Codex.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify technical bottlenecks in both internal solutions and customer implementations.

Nice to have

  • Experience building prototypes or applications using AI-powered APIs.
  • Deep understanding of the current AI and search technology landscape.
  • Strong track record of driving performance improvements through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple deep-dive projects simultaneously.
