What you will do

• Lead and facilitate requirements elicitation with Bose stakeholders to clarify scope, priorities, constraints, and assumptions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into structured system requirements, interfaces, and verifiable acceptance criteria.
• Maintain requirements quality, consistency, and definition of ready for implementation and validation.
• Own traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements, and downstream work items.
• Manage requirements change control and stakeholder alignment using modern toolchains like Jama and Jira/Confluence.
• Contribute to improving system engineering practices, including templates, review checklists, and quality gates.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, capture, and decomposition for complex systems.
• Ability to write high-quality, structured, and verifiable system requirements and interfaces.
• Proven practice in maintaining requirements quality, traceability, and change control.
• Familiarity with requirements management toolchains (e.g., Jama, Jira, Confluence) used in embedded/automotive contexts.
• English: Professional working proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with formal Automotive process work products (e.g., ASPICE-style artifacts).
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture practices or SysML/architecture modeling tools.
• Background in embedded/automotive environments focused on testable and traceable requirements.
