What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and modern frontend technologies.
• Lead and mentor the development team in day-to-day delivery and engineering practices.
• Drive technical discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Take ownership of features and deliver end-to-end solutions independently.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience using Java.
• Proficiency in Java 17+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Knowledge of JavaScript and React.
• Experience in API design and development.
• Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, including complex SQL query optimization.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Cloud-native experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with OSS/BSS integrations and knowledge of CAMARA and GSMA standards.
• Test-Driven Development (TDD) experience.
• Performance tuning and system optimization skills.
