Fullstack Developer - Agent Application

Fullstack Developer (Agent Application): Build and maintain agent-facing contact centre application with 45k+ daily users with an accent on end-to-end ownership, reliable production systems, and continuous delivery processes. Focus on evolving zero-downtime releases, Kubernetes orchestration, debugging production issues, and pragmatic integration of AI-driven solutions.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (hybrid, 2-3 days/week in office). Must have eligibility to work in Bulgaria (no sponsorship).

Salary: €42,000 - €48,000 per annum

What you will do

• Build and maintain agent-facing application used by 45k+ daily users
• Evolve continuous delivery for zero-downtime releases
• Work in cross-functional team with Tech Lead, PM, Designer, Engineers, QA
• Write clean, tested code and conduct code reviews
• Debug production issues and own fixes
• Contribute to system design and technical decisions

Requirements

• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with modern frameworks (Aurelia, Angular, or React)
• Strong C# (.NET Core) experience
• Testing mindset (unit + e2e; Jest, Playwright or similar)
• Containers and Kubernetes experience
• CI/CD familiarity (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or similar)
• Understanding of modern product development
• Readable code, documentation, clear communication
• Team collaboration, feedback exchange
