Fullstack Developer (Next.js/Node.js)

What you will do

• Develop complex features and modules using Next.js for frontend and Node.js for backend.
• Implement and optimize Agile methodologies including sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery oversight.
• Enforce best practices in coding, testing, caching, performance monitoring, and security measures.
• Design security at application, infrastructure, and data levels, protecting against OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, translating business objectives into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of team and product success with a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Next.js: 2+ years commercial experience (v14.x/v15.x), primary frontend framework in at least two recent projects
• Node.js: 2+ years hands-on with NestJS, Fastify, or Hono, understanding architectural trade-offs
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL/Supabase, query optimization, schema design.
• In-depth knowledge of Prisma or Drizzle ORM for complex queries and migrations.
• Profound understanding of caching strategies (Redis) and Docker proficiency including docker-compose.
• Proven experience in secure systems, CSP, CORS, API security.
• Excellent communication skills and product mindset.

• Monorepo tools (Turborepo, Nx).
• Unit/integration tests (Jest, Playwright).
• Background workers/message queues (BullMQ, RabbitMQ).
