What you will do

• Build and improve MONOPOLY GO! Chat features in React Native for millions of players.
• Collaborate with product, design, backend, QA, and game teams to deliver world-class experiences.
• Own quality, testing, performance, and release readiness for production mobile app changes.
• Use generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Codex, and Copilot for coding, debugging, planning, and documentation.
• Participate in engineering culture through communication, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience on mobile app, game, or complex product engineering teams.
• 3+ years React Native development on shipped mobile apps with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, concurrency, design patterns, API design, testing, and architecture.
• Experience with mobile performance profiling using React tools, Xcode Instruments, Android Studio, and Perfetto.
• Understanding of mobile networking, offline behavior, app lifecycle, push notifications, and platform limits.
• Ability to write AI prompts, supervise agent-driven development, and adopt AI workflows.
• Excellent technical communication to explain tradeoffs to all partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Expo framework.
• Native modules or integrations in Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, or C++.
• Building CI/CD pipelines and automations with GitHub Actions.
• Experience with Unity Game Engine and C#.
