Salary: $175,000 – $185,000

What you will do

• Architect and implement performant, accessible mobile features and interaction flows in the React Native app.
• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of complex features from requirements through deployment and monitoring.
• Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize rendering, and reduce bundle size.
• Define technical direction and drive architectural decisions for mobile features.
• Mentor Software Engineers across the organization through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, and QA to translate goals into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record in production React Native applications.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript for writing clean, type-safe, and well-tested code.
• Deep expertise in the Expo ecosystem and monorepo tooling (e.g., Yarn workspaces).
• Experience with mobile testing strategies using Jest and Maestro for E2E testing.
• Proficiency with CI/CD for mobile, including Expo/EAS workflows and app store deployment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools for coding, planning, and scoping.
