TL;DR

Product Owner: Translate business goals into clear actionable requirements, guide development team through sprints, and manage full product lifecycle from ideation to release validation. Focus on backlog refinement, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of requirements.

Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support provided if needed.

What you will do

  • Prepare, gather, document, and clarify functional and non-functional requirements with stakeholders.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to secure approvals on key decisions and directions.
  • Refine backlog, collaborate on tasks for sprint planning, and update requirements.
  • Manage change requests, prioritize operational changes for future sprints.
  • Define acceptance criteria to verify task completion and quality standards.
  • Maintain requirements, create epics, user stories, use cases, and participate in OKR planning.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English.
  • At least 3 years as Product Owner or Business Analyst with direct ownership of requirements.
  • Experience in large-scale complex projects with backend and frontend development.
  • Strong understanding of requirements lifecycle, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to clarify business ideas into actionable tasks independently.
  • Analytical and decision-making skills for complex problem-solving.
  • Experience with UML and BPMN diagrams.
  • Agile environments and sprint planning.
