What you will do

• Manage the full creator partnership cycle from sourcing to closing and performance driving.
• Identify and approach high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube.
• Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and contracts with creators, agencies, and MCNs.
• Execute campaigns end-to-end, ensuring content is on-brand and delivered on time.
• Analyze campaign KPIs (CPM, CPI, ROAS) to iterate and optimize results.
• Maintain and scale a structured creator database in collaboration with Performance and Creative teams.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats and conversion trends.
• Proven track record of negotiating with creators or agencies.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making using core metrics.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Berlin.

Nice to have

• Experience with creator tools like Modash or Grin.
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition.
• Existing network of creators.
